2023 Revised Return and Exchange Policy.

Till when can I return purchased items?

We will send a courier to collect your return. Please make sure you enter a valid postcode and address to avoid problems with your collection. We will issue a credit note with full refundable amount valid for 1 year.

You can place a request for exchange or return any time within 7 days from the date you receive your shipment. 

We won't be able to process returns in case the request for returns is placed after 7 days from the date you receive your shipment. Second exchange and return of an item will incur a courier charge of Rs 700.
We recommend that if you need an alternate size / replacement, do get in touch with us at the earliest as your desired size may get sold out.

How do I return an item?

What can I return?

You can return almost anything you buy from justanned.in.

Do you give cash refunds?

If we are not able to help you find a suitable exchange or replacement, we refund your order value as Store Credit into your justanned.in store account.

Will I get complete refund for goods I'm returning?

Our Quality Analysts will evaluate the products that we receive. If the products returned by you are in good condition and meet our Returns and RTO norms, your credit note will be issued with full amount. Therefore, we recommend that when you are sending the returns consignment on your own, do make sure that it is shipped in a secure packaging.

We will not be able to process returns for products that do not meet our "Return Quality Requirement"

How do I pack my returns package?

Packing your returns box is fairly simple. You only need to ensure that it is secure so that the products reach us in good condition.

Step 1: Prepare your returns box - Securely pack the products you want to return in a box/envelope. You can either use the Justanned.in box/envelope or use a box/envelope of your own. Please use an additional layer of outer envelope or box to pack, when you return these products. We may not be able to process returns for products that have damaged original boxes/casings.

Step 2: Put the tags, and original invoice received from justanned.in into the returns box and secure the box with an adhesive tape

Step 3: Finally paste the Self-gumming RETURNS LABEL on the box. This label only indicates the return category, whether being returned for manufacturing defect or general reasons. In case you lose or damage the Return Label, send the Shipment to the address mentioned below and write the order number on the address label.

Will you pick up returns from my home/office?

Of course! We take care of all the necessary pick up arrangements from your delivery location.

Only If we're unable to provide a pick up in your city, we request you to ship the returns package to us through a courier of your choice and intimate us all the relevant details including the cost incurred enabling us to credit the freight amount in your account .Please note that the freight amount to be credited would be calculated as per the rates applied and settled on the said route by our logistic partners and us.

How quickly will you process my returns?

Once we receive your shipment at our Justanned.in warehouse, the quality team will check the consignment for fulfillment of our return norms. We will process your Replacement, Store Credit will be issued within 24 hours from the date of receipt of your returns shipment.

In case the products do not qualify for returns or in case of any other issues, our returns team will get in touch with you.

Have you received my returned goods?

You can track your returns in 2 easy ways -

Justanned.in provides a free pick up - When courier executive picks up the products you want to return, he will give you an AWB number (tracking number). Please keep this safe. You can track your shipment online using this AWB number. Once the shipment reaches our warehouse, we'll process it and send you a confirmation mail.

Return Shipment sent by you. - If you are sending the return goods on your own, you can track the status of your shipment online with the AWB number your courier company gives you. Once the shipment reaches our warehouse, we'll process it and send you a confirmation mail.
